What passes for editorial policy & guidelines for submissions
The editorial policy is to include, at some point, everything that is submitted, and to maintain a rolling submission policy. Pieces that are in excess of 1500 words I would want to serialize.

Submit sounds so dominant
I prefer double-spaced 12-point Times New Roman documents in Word. Just makes my life easier. I encourage potential contributors to skim through previous e-issues, and strongly recommend same to read the submission dialogue.
